I'd be sooo funny if ebay took action to enforce the auction and this guy (the bidder) was made to pay that amount by a judge.....hey it is a leagle contract afterall. I bet it would make news and all these anoying fake bidders would stop doing that crap.

Now the sellers obviously has a case fresh looking box and he could easily make 4 times that much if it was AFA graded.
