Tfc #18 Soundblaster Beware

I ran into 2 message boards (SC Collect and TFan.com), and a few posters mentioned:

1 - Their Sound Blaster came with 2 left fists.

2 - Other said they got 2 same shoulder cannon - meaning the missile is useless. You should be getting 1 shoulder cannon and 1 hand gun/cannon that can fire out the 3 missiles.

 

Check your SoundBlaster.

As long as he comes wiht both cassets I'm a-ok :)so the missle won't fit in one... either way it still looks good as a gun & if anything its like he just fired off a shot

One guy I know got two right fists in his. Not sure what is going on. I have contacted my supplier in Japan to see what can be done about this, if anything.

 

Kind of a bummer considering all the good work they have done to date.

Wow, I REALLY hope mine's okay... That would really piss me off... and I do plan on opening mine.

 

I guess they could just offer to send fans a pack with the proper parts? I can't imagine it being hard to fix... could it?

The other easy thing to do is quite simply get a junked soundwave for cheap, repaint the hand if need be, & switch it!

 

Or heck, maybe you can find someone who needs you're hand & vice versa & trade Looking at my sound wave it looks like its a simple matter ot just undoing the one screw on his arm there... then again you may have to remove both the screw on the arm & on the sholder... But its not that hard!!

Why would you want to fix it yourself? Your paying over $50 plus shipping for a screwed up item...I think not. I would raise hell & return the item..& if they wanted to pay for shippin...then maybe I would, I rather have a nice collectable item then a company mistake....

:) Just want to let everyone know, if you're gonna get junked Soundwave hand, be sure to get the solid hand version. As someone pointed out that Soundwave came two version, the hollow hand and the solid hand. I believe he said the 1985 Hasbro Soundwave had hollow hand. I don't know about 1985 Takara Soundwaves.

But anywayz...I meant why pay for something defective when you want something original.....or close to it.

You shouldn't try to break it or whatever, then you want to return it..when it's too late.. @firedevil@
