I'm pretty sure this is the same jackanape that's been pre-selling these for weeks. He gets called on it and then offers them for cheap to certain message board members. He doesn't have the figures in hand. He is hoping he gets his in a timely manner so he can meet his shipping deadlines.

 

You'll notice that his description is full of statements meant to scare potential buyers into making a rash decision. He is a scalper of the first order and is someone who I would consider too shady to deal with.

I think he does, but is waiting for them to ship from Hong Kong/China where someone "borrowed" them from Hasbro like always.

 

At the very least, I do think he's guilty of stealing pictures from this site.
