The Clutch and Destro are, for now, legitimate unproduced figures. The blue IG, though, is more likely a bootleg produced after hours.

 

That isn't to say Hasbro won't produce one. In fact, given that they repaint the new molds ad naseum, I'd say that there's a good chance they could produce a blue one some time in the next couple of years. (The same goes for the MD figures. They didn't spend the money to create the paint masks to not use them at some point.)
