Energon Perceptor Paint Error

OK I know this has been discussed here before, but I can't seem to find it with a search

 

High Wire's top half (the motorcycle) is all white and missing the red paint for the eyes and the shocks

 

Was this issue ever resolved? I think mine is recent as well since it comes with the same comic as my aerialbot

Nope, hasbro never fixed it; quite honestly, I don't think it'd help the toy much, these three are my least favorite energon figs, and perceptor is craptacular.
