Renaming Slash Dice in their Joe-verse...?

 

I've heard people call him a replacement but I was wondering if anyone was actually going to use him as Dice in their storylines...

 

By the way, did Hasbro lose the rights to the name?

Actually, I'm keeping Slash as Slash and using the new SLICE as Dice. The original, even with the AA is fine for me and is staying as Slice.

Yep they lost the name Dice. I really don't care as all the Cobra Ninja's but Stormie are replacable. DOn't get me wrong I like Slash and Slice.

I am going to rename him Chester...he looks like a Chester to me. Seriously I will rename him Dice...Slice and Slash just dont sound as good to me as Slice and Dice

since I got a slice and dice already, I was gonna keep slash's name and change the new slice to hack, so now slice and dice have to be worried bou't hack and slash trying to get their jobs

Is it just me or does Slash look like he is wearing a smoking jacket? Great figure though. And I'm keeping mine as Slash.

The only bad part about them naming him Slash is that there can't be an evil Ninja Turtle of the same name with the new line. Not like the new toyline is adding any old cartoon elements anyway.

Now when they stand on each others shoulders they can reach higher places.

I'm not really into the ninja characters past Storm Shadow and Snake Eyes... maybe Jinx is alright. Otherwise, they're just plain old ninjas to me, so it doesn't really matter what their names are.

I am aware it wasn't supposed to be him...but I loved Slice and Dice as a kid and if Hasbro lost the rights this is my only chance to have the duo back in my Joe-verse!

Yeah for some reason I totally forgot about the new Slice.......I was so concentrated on the idea that slash was not Dice that I contradicted myself. Still I was under the impression that he was a new character and not Dice.

He IS a new character. I don't think he was ever intended to be Dice.
