Hey all,

I have been kinda outta the GI Joe scene since the intro of VvV...I wasn't wild about the concept...

However, lately I have definitely been missing the Joes and my Joe-verse more and more.

My experiment today is to go out and buy a pack of Joes (I'm not even sure whats out there!) and hope the magic returns.

It all depends on what you end up buying. There are some awesome new Joes and Cobras out there, and there are some really crappy ones, too. Hope you find what you're looking for.

Even if you're not keen on the genetically altered aspect of the Valor Vs. Venom line, it doesn't apply to any of the Joes, certain individuals within Cobra (like Dr. Mindbender & Wild Weasel), and the B.A.T.s. So if you've decided to steer clear of G.I. Joe action figures that incorporate animal DNA, you still have lots of choices.

Luckily, we can just ignore the whole venomization thing if we wish. Swamp Rat, for example, the accessories are removable. Only a few are hampered in that aspect (the green Eel and Coils Crusher).

Thanks for the warm welcome back guys...I appreciate it and I'm not just saying that as in the "polite" thing to do it really does bring a smile.

I bought Link/NC today as my experiment...simply because Link was the only character available in my area I didn't have 5 or more variations of. While I do collect variations and repaints to a point, I knew to get the feel back I'd need someone new.

Boy, what a good feeling it was to tear open a Joe again!! While the figures weren't my favorite ever I still got the old rush of Joe-dom.

I guess I can say...I'm baaaaack.

I wonder if it's too late to amend my Christmas list to everyone to include some Joe stuff?

The Crimson sabotage set is back in at KB.com.If you haven't seen it,it has a RAH HISS tank (colored red),ASP(also colored red) and 3 Crimsion Gurad sodiers.Just thought I would pass it on.You can find the lnk in one of these forums.Give that man the link to the OCS!!!

i wouldn't have recomanded link, but it's my perference i suppose, but i would recomand the nf pack, and if/when you find em the new humvees and the torch bazooka pack
