BeastWars is what got me back in to collecting TF's. So my vote went there. Also almost every single toy transformered just like on the show (or the other way round :D)

i think RID by far takes it. they were great looking toys and were had good use of ball and sockets which make them look better than other lines. i think that they are the 3rd best line ever

1st being G1 followed very closely by Alt. then RID

RiD was crap. More than half of the line was recolors from previous lines, or leftovers from BW/BM (Megatron, Bruticus, ect). I've never been fond of the Autobot bros, crappy Shell bots with spindly organic arms and legs and very little of the car mode apparent in the robot(compared to G1, Armada, Alternators or Energon). Optimus Prime and Ultra Magnus have some of the same problems, not having much of the vehicle mode in their robotic forms and having organic arms/legs(robots should look robotic). Optimus Prime is a Fire Truck (not pure crap as some say, but definitely less cool than a semi) that falls apart if you breathe on it, though not as crappy as Energon Prime(Wingsaber Prime rules though). I'm not really big on the combiners either, Ruination is Bruticus(been there done that), Landfill has weird colors(Wal-Mart yellow is better) and I've never been that high on Rail Racer(consierably less cool when not Rail Racer, more so than other combining sets). My favorite figure of the line is Scourge, a repaint of a G2 mold.

I prefer Energon in almost every way.

Energon.

It's a great line with some amazing molds and nice G1 touches. Robots have weapons again, mostly, and there's the greatest Megatron toy ever!

Beast Wars is second. It's also a great line with a ridiculous amount of pieces to pick from, but they don't have Shockblast.

RID was great too, but it lacked in the numbers department.

Energon!

Unlike a lot of people I really like the 'Mega Zord Prime'...

And that Inferno Volt figure, shoulda been called Grapple...

So many homages. E. Divebomb also looks kickarse in G1 Divebomb colors.

Actually, that's one of the things I liked about RID. I didn't go broke buying all the show figures. Alot like BW and BM. G1, Armada, and Energon have waaaaaay too many. I voted Energon, but it makes my wallet cry. @cry@

I really liked the designs the new molds were sporting in the series, like most of us here, but I was dissappointed there wasn't more. I bought all the japanese versions of the new molds and always hoped there would have been more "Car Brothers."

In my opinion its hard to say; I dont want to bash any of them all 4 had something good about them. For instance, Beast wars had good looking robots even if they were animals, the first serie had nice weapons, as well as the TM2, they looked like their show counterpart etc.

RID, I love those because they brought back the vehicular modes, we had really good figures for prime and Megatron, etc.

Armada gave me Prime again a truck, some cool characters, STARSCREAM, and Unicron for the first time.

And Energon gave us G1 homages, Omega Supreme, a nice Megatron, etc.

So its hard to say for me.
