I really hope that Glen does have insurance to repay all of us back.... but I get the sneaking feeling that he doesn't. I bet we all paid for his trip to Asia and added to his collection.

hahahh!  anyways, yes you do have a point, hasbro is indeed a part of the problem how ever there not the ones that are fully to blame...  IMO I don't blame hasbro for sueing what with all the constant hasbro bashing & blaming glen did... OPENLY at least...  You don't take the bone & then bite the hand that gave it to ya...

 

 

Out of a scale  of 10 I'd say hasbro gets a 3 where as glen takes the rest of the negative score :S .  But like I said thats just IMO... Since we don't really know everything involved in all the deals ect  all we really have to go on is glens constant hasbro bashing @hmmm@

I am not saying they're fully to blame, but they are part of the problem, and suing the other part of the problem isn't the answer. If they had just supplied the stuff early on at the quantities first agreed on, then 90% of the problems wouldn't have happened.

 

If I were Glen I'd bash too for not having toys ready for the con while Hasbro is trying to re-negicoate the quantities at the worst possible time, which is the last minute. To me, the ONLY aspect Hasbro has any validity to in this suit is making them give refunds. Otherwise, they're just as guilty as Glen is.

Glenn wont lose any person stuff. When you have a business its insured and if you go bankrupt you person estate is not affected.

Unless you're a sole propreitorship, in which time you are personally responsible, and the state can sieze personal assets to pay down debts.

 

The only forms of business in which your personal assets are protected are corporations, and LLC's.

What are you talking about? Hasbro tryed to change the amount of what exclusives? The only thing I know of for sure that glen can really blame hasbro on...

 

Is that hasbro wanted the dinner plates to be safe to be eaten off of... Which is just damn stupid ... No TF fan who shelled out for one is gona wana EAT off it & posably wreck it... thats like a $50 something whatever plate!

 

& even then it seemed to take for everrrrrrr for glen to get that done...

 

I'm not bashing simply because of al this other crap but my own personal experiances... Just look at how long it took me to get my universe #1 comic & keychain from them... I signed up I Think around last xmas... All I ever got from help from them/glen was snoty replys in my email... & LIES!

 

I duno how many emails I had to send out before someone finaly acknowled that they screwed up & that I DID indeed sign up for the club/comics ect & that they did INDEEd have my cash :S then it took more emails & more & more to get them to send me that universe #1! I think glen finaly shiiped it off a couple months after he said he did/would :S I checked the parcel date so I know he didn't send it out when he said...

 

I'm not going after the guy just cause everyone else is basicly I've had my own personal bad experiances with him @loll@
