3H Productions Update

 

Hasbro has filed suit in New York State Court, Monroe County, against 3H Productions in an effort to ensure that collectors of Transformers toys and other merchandise who have paid 3H for certain Transformers branded merchandise receive their products or are refunded their monies.

 

We are pleased to tell you that we have retrieved the Sentinel Maximus figures from 3H. Because 3H did not have the packaging printed, we are in the process of doing so. Upon completion of the packaging, we will ship the Sentinel Maximus figures to all fans who ordered and paid for them per 3H's records. We expect the printing to be completed in approximately four to six weeks, and the figures will ship thereafter.

 

We appreciate your continued patience and will keep you posted on additional details as we continue to work towards resolving these issues.

Being serious, it's too bad that things had to be this way....It was much easier having a Botcon that people went to and stuff like that but when egos get in the way, you get this - OTFCC was never quite the same IMO...

 

But nothing beats the TNI Online Convention though

Hasbro should be mad......to a degree. Part of this mess was their fault for constantly re-negociating the deal by demanding that 3H buy increasingly larger #'s of the exclusives from them, and refusing to ship anything in the mean time.

 

 

Suing 3H won't do it either, because that'll cost 3H money it doesn't have. How does Hasbro expect them to hold up their end of the deal if they're broke?

IMO I don't blame hasbro for sueing what with all the constant hasbro bashing & blaming glen did... OPENLY at least... You don't take the bone & then bite the hand that gave it to ya...

 

 

Out of a scale of 10 I'd say hasbro gets a 3 where as glen takes the rest of the negative score :S . But like I said thats just IMO... Since we don't really know everything involved in all the deals ect all we really have to go on is glens constant hasbro bashing @hmmm@

I agree with 3 Storms, in that this is partly Hasbro's fault. Not that I'm defending Glen, but I hope things work out for him. I mean he could wind up losing his house or not having enough money for his kids' school clothes or something. That is assuming he has kids. Anyways, he is just not a good person to be organizing the event, and I know he pissed off alot of people, but you don't wanna see him thrown to the wolves do you?

As stated below it depends on if I get my cash or my stuff back @firedevil@ What I want to know is how he got in such bad shape to start with... if he was in that bada shape then he shouldn't have been taking peoples monney for stuff if he can't aford to deliver.

Well I realize that, but thats if he insured it. Who knows I mean this guy obviously can't run crap, so would it surprise you if he wasn't fully insured? Besides that if he did owe people money they can seize his business assets, which I'm not sure what they would be at this point. I wasn't saying that they would come after his house themselves, but if he couldn't pay people back he would have to sell some of his stuff to pay off the debts, assuming he wants to clear them.

Glad to hear Hasbro has stepped up to resolve this issue.Doesn`t really sound like Hasbro did much wrong though from a typical business point of view.They are around to make money and once and awhile to try to spoil us.

I don`t know the whole situation though but I`m glad things are finally getting fixed.Otfcc was a mess!
