Scarlett - got plenty

Crimson Guard - could be cool, but we have the Sabatoge set coming out soon.

Duke (in suit) - depends on the suit I guess.

Conclusion: Nah, I'll pass

 

Issue #4:

Mistress Armada - Strong possibility

Alexander McCullen - I like it.

(with removable mask)

Cobra Soldier - we could always use more

Conclusion: Under strong consideration

 

Issue #6

Storm Shadow -got plenty

Zartan - ditto

Zanya - ah, I am intrigued

Conclusion: One new character cannot justify me getting two more existing ones....new mold or not.

 

Issue #16

Spirit - In the black gear, OK!

Cover Girl - a reissue/new mold would be cool!

Hannibal - now we're talkin'! Something for my Coil forces!

Conclusion: Under strong consideration

 

Issue #22

Serpentor - new mold only, OK!

Overlord - Does not excite me

Roadblock - Another!?

Conclusion: Although I would love a new mold Serpentor, I got to shy away from this one.

 

Issue #23

Lady Jaye - We just got a new mold of her!

Mercer - OK, but IMHO he is obcure.

Hawk - We just got two new molds of him.....no!

Conclusion: Nah!

 

Issue #24

Coil Trooper - COOL!

Zandar - I never had one of his old figs, so this is OK.

Firewall - As an IT guy, I appreciate this guy....even if he is dead.

Conclusion: Under strong consideration

 

Issue #25

Overkill - Another!?

Firefly - Lord no, not another either!

Outback - We just got two new repaints of him, I'll pass

Conclusion: Nah!

 

Issue #28

Mayday - OK

Mariner - Alright

Raptor Viper - OK

Conclusion: All new figures to my knowledge, but not major players. I'll consider them.

 

Issue #31

Heartwrencher - Cool!

Wraith - The clincher!

Lt. Falcon - I only have the Falcon from the con set, so a new mold is a bonus.

Conclusion: THE WINNER!

 

My choice, #31!

 

Gee.....I hope the vote is good so they'll release more than one.

2) #4 For Armada and Alexander.

3) #22 For Serpentor.

4) #31 For Wraith.

I could not settle for just one. I want them all. These are my top 4 in the hopes that Hasbro will give us more then just the one DD pack.

Im leaning towards this choice too, but I wish I had a pic of Heartwrencher. I tried to google it but no dice.

I don't want a Coil Trooper or any Coil guys unless I can have them all.  What good is it to have a troop guy and not a leader.

 

At least with #4 you get Mistress Armada and Alexander together and a Trooper.

 

I really want a Cover Girl though and a Crimson Guard.

 

I wish Zandar was an option.

 

Are the Raptor Vipers the guys Barrell Roll disguises himself as?

Zandar IS an option (issue 24).

Crap! I missed him. Why can,t they have Zartan, Zandar and Zanya together.

 

All of these have 1-2 guys I want and one I could live without.

 

There really is not one that I'd want all three of them.

somebody asked why roadblock with issue 22? becouse all you have to do is give jvc roadblock hackers vest and you've got em, hasbro doesn't want to make it too hard on themselves if possible.

Why would we see a new sculpt? Were talking comic 3-packs here.

 

More than likely, it will be same guy from the pack with Baroness and Cobra Commander or something.

Its unknown if its new sculps or RAH style. So im hoping for new. On the site they mentioned KK being made into a new sculpt. So maybe these will.

I would think since they were talking about Kamaura, that these will probably be new sculpt. I could be wrong, but I'd be willing to put money on it

it seems pretty clear that these would be vvv figs, they do say NEW and many of them wou ld seem impossible to frankenstein from existing rah molds.

 

I wo uld be very displeased if it were rah, not that i don't like rah, it has it's strenghts and weaknesses just like jvc, but now the shoulder joints are gonna be nicer on the new sculpts (another thing to keep in mind and stay excited about the figs next year) and the ladies are gonna have smaller shoulders! (yay!) so yeah with those changes, the going back to less stubby (no more standard buck, it just didn't work) the new sculpt should be better.

This was so hard to pick.I had a hard time decideing between #4,#6,#22,#25 and #31.I want them all!!!!!

 

But in the end,and taking into consideration that they will be made in the style of JvC, I chose #22.

Serpentor in his new design just looks too cool....

I know I am going to hear it for this comment but I got to say it again, Please No Zanya!!! I cannot stand her!! I had to go with issue #4. Mistress Armada is great and needs a bigger role, Only wish Alexander was in his new uniform, but I can live with this one. I would go with #31 if Wraith was not there!! Another character I do not like so far. Issue #22 almost won for my vote, but lost to roll off to issue #23 who lost to #4. I would like to see a DD wave do #4, 22, and 23.

My guess is, if they did Kamakura, he'd just be a green repaint of an earlier version of Storm Shadow (probably version 1).

I've not kept up with the new DD comic series enough to know any of the newer characters or newer versions of older ones, but I'm all for figures based on the new comics. I just love tie-ins; it's part of the reason I get so excited over any tie-in comics or movies. I can see the characters I'm buying in action.

I just think Hasbro should just continue the Marvel 3-pack line and do a second Devil's Due 3-pack line.
