With the semi impeding release of SEED Destiny, I thought I'd start off a thread for it with 2 MSIA from the new series:

Force Impulse Gundam: http://www.tamashii.jp/mia/ms/161.html

My that is a rather large shield.

Sword Impulse: http://www.tamashii.jp/mia/ms/162.html

And for you UC fans.. Rick Dom: http://www.tamashii.jp/mia/ms/163.html

Well, I just finished watching the first episode. Pretty good. I always like Gundam intros. I'm gonna go a little in dept with whats going on for Destiny's so turn back now if you don't want to know.

First thing is the Impulse's combo sequence, but sped up. The one used in the actual episode was over the top imo.

Lots of shots of characters like in Seed.

Oddly, Miliaria is shown with a camera.

And Strike Rogue w/ IWSP! lined up with a bunch of M1's.

Two Zaft pilots who's names I forget precede Issac with a Custom Zaku Phantom I believe. Right after is Dearka with a Gunner Zaku Warrior.

You know I'm kinda dissapointed that Issac and Dearka don't get Gundams to play with. But then again, Chaos, Gaia, or Abyss could have been meant to be piloted by them.

Anyway, then theres a shot of Athrun with Savior.

Then there's an awesome shot of the Blast Impulse at work. This shot alone really ramped my intrest it that configuration. I though it looked weird at first, but seeing it in action changed my mind.

Then there's that shot of Freedom that was in all the Seed intros except the first one, and Kira and Lacus are in the foreground.

Then, best of all there's a short clip of Freedom and Force Impulse dueling, with Kira and Shin in the foreground.

That's all that really caught my attention. I can't wait untill the subbed version so that I can see what's actually going on. @loll@

Ya starts off just like the first season kinda, stuff being stolen. Maybe I should finish the first season first before I watch this season. But I didn't dl it when the torrents were fresh, so I'm collecting the DVDs, too bad its only up to volume 3 darn it.

is Destiny only been shown in Japan right now? How long is the series supossed to be?

Yes, currently it is. The series is expected to be roughly fifty-episodes, just a standard series.

However, since this is the sequel to SEED, I wouldn't be surprised to see it dubbed and released in the US in the near future.
