Comic 3-packs Pics

Anyone else think that it's kinda weird that the figures are glued to the figure stands? That's not that weird but the fact that they aren't glued onto the pegs and rather to the side of them, that's odd.

I absolutely LOVE the head sculpts on these figures and think it's about time that Hasbro started giving these figures a little more character in that department. Whoever is doing these scuplts needs to be put on full-time! :)

The regular line (VvV) has been looking good in this regard as well, and the upcoming Hawk figure looks fantastic.

Lots of good stuff coming up.

I think this line is awesome. Glad to see so many RAH figures and characters. Also glad to see some of the older weapons back in circulation.

It's a good thing alot of the 3-packs are getting those M-16's and AKs, cause they're all going to my Cobra Infantry Troops.

- I'm really looking forward to these. In particular Short Fuze and of course the Oktober Guard fellas.

I've always wanted to do an update for SF but could never seem to find a good head sculpt with glasses. This one looks like it will work out great!

They look cool! The Short Fuse was obviously made from a left over production straight arm Short Fuse. lol They better not use that exact mold. But I love the Rock N Roll and Horrorshow.

Very nice overall, I want them all. The Russians are my fav for some reason. I dont know about that hologram Cobra Commander, what is this Starwars or something?

N, its not Star Wars. But GI Joe HAS used holograms in both comics and cartoons.

I even like the Snake-Eyes in the pack with Grunt. Particularly the gloss black on the gloves and boots with the rest being a more flat black. Maybe this mold has been overused, but Ive liked most of the re-issues using this classic outfit. As long as it looks good, Im happy.

Daina looks great. Much better than the 98 head sculpt.

Schrage has the comics deadpan expression. Classic!

Brekov looks nice and gruff. I can see this being re-issued down the line as Red Star. I hope we get the future OG as well.

I look at the set for issue 8. Then I look at Flash.....then I shake my head.

What the heck were you thinking Hasbro!?

Probably something along the lines of "In this issue Flash wears an outfit similar to this. In keeping with the line's premise of using characters as they appear in the comic, we shall make a Flash in this outfit"

If he DOES appear in that particular comic like that, I dont see much of a problem with it. Not like it's violating the line's premise. If we can get more than one of Snake-Eyes, Scarlett and Stalker, Im sure a classic Flash will be made eventually. A non-undercover Grunt will be welcome too.

I love them all, I WILL get them all, but the one I'm looking forward to the most is #9 Scarlett, and Breaker is one of my all time favorite characters.

Hell yeah McFly gotta they will both be ours!!!!! A huntin' we shall go :)

The Guard looks really good, isnt one of them on the Joe team now in the Devil Due series?

Yup - Diana.

Because you know, it's perfectly fine to absorb former Soviet military into our own. They're such a honorable and trustworthy lot - from Brehkov's willingness to kill hostages in the old days to Gorky's betrayal of some Joes recently. No sort of dangerous consequences, conflicts-of-interest or anything at all. @lol@
