Someone Ran Over My Mailbox Today

Someone ran over my mailbox today and today my Comic#3 pack from Smalljoes was in the Mailbox!

 

The mailbox is totally bent over.

The Smalljoes packaging box is crushed.

The bubble on the #3comic pack is crushed.

 

...But even though that all sounds bad the real damage is pretty minor.

 

There is a plastic white stress mark on Hawk's torso, but everything else seems in order.

 

It made it an easy decision on whether this one would be MOC or opened.

 

I really like the pack. All three figures are cool.

The stress mark on Hawk is livable.

 

Some feedback that I don't like...

I don't like how they package the weapons on the rubber hands. Stalkers hand was totally deformed because of the rubberband. The same thing happened to Scarlett's hand in pack #2.

The rubbery hands can't take it.

 

As far as the mailbox, it's the whole street's public box, so the Post Office will have to replace it. It's one of those corner dealies where everyone gets their own lockbox and the postman doesn't have to walk house to house.

 

Kudos to Smalljoes' packaging and too bad they shipped it so fast! @loll@

Talk about bad luck.Did they catch the guy?I would imagine it would leave one heck of a dent in his car so at the very least you know his car was damaged. @smilepunch@

I've always actually prefered the rubber hands because it means no broken thumbs but I seriously cannot get tyhis new Cobra Trooper to hold his weapons.

Yeah the order processing speed has jumped way up this year.

..but I don't think the post office is responsible or liable for someone running over the mailbox.

 

I also don't think the culprit turned himself in either.

It could have been a delivery truck backing into it is what I suspect.

 

Anyway, I just hope the post office doesn't take "forever" to fix the boxes.
