Went Hunting For Shockblast And Made A Sweet Find

Recommended Posts

Went to my local Wal-Mart today in the hopes of finding Shockblast and as soon as I got to the aisle out in the front a lone Mirage figure! I tore through that TFs section but all they still had from the Mega assortment was Iron "damn the produced to many of me" Hide. So I took the Mirage home and liberated him from that nasty prison of his. Now I remember back in the day I could take a TF and transform him without reading the directions but it seems that lately I can't figure these suckers out, is my mind going as I am getting older?

Mirage's Vehicle mode as we all know is a boat this thing looks like its built for hit and run missions he launches four missles and his body is just sleek giving him an advantage in speed; Tidalwave has nothing on this guy when it comes to the speed. Mirage's Robot mode just screams at you Decepticon.

All in all Mirage is a kicka$$ figure! Energon has gone from ugly to off tha chain in my opinion.

It's not your mind, or your age. The toys are just a helluvalot more complicated these days. ;)

btw.. "Galoob 84"? :D

Hows this for weird coincidence of the century?

Whilst waiting for this thread to load, I was just looking at my old case of Micro Machines (which I thought were Hasbro), and noticed they're all trademarked "Galoob". A company I had totally forgotten about, and not given a second thought in the last 10 years, and then all of a sudden, I see it on here. I'm scared, very scared
