No, it says 4-6 weeks.

well if they arent going to ship for 4-6 weeks, isnt that pre-order?

Well I just ordered mine, I wish the other pre-orders were up and working.

I ordered two sets last week and I got an e-mail today saying that they will ship in 2 or 3 days. I can't wait for them to get here.

 

BTW, the Punisher & Battle Damaged Cap are available to order now at AFX. I just ordered 2 set of those too and it says the they should ship it 2 or 3 days too.
