Four Horsemen Appearance In New Jersey.

The convention season is nearly upon us again, and to warm things up, we're going to be making an appearance at a local New Jersey comic convention!

It's the "Funnyrama Spring Break: Fan Boys Gone Wild!" convention in Lake Hiawatha, New Jersey. It's being promoted by Funnybooks Comic Store and Yoohoo chocolate soft drinks. Here's the skinny:

 

Saturday, April 24th, 2004

12noon to 5pm

American Legion Hall

91 N. Beverwyck Rd.

Lake Hiawatha, NJ 07034

 

We will have some of our Four Horsemen/NECA 'Masters of the Universe' busts & statues there for sale, and there's a possibility that we'll have the first wave of MotU Micro-Busts there too, and we'll probably have some 2-ups on display, but our main concern will be meeting with, and chatting to, fans of Batman, MotU, and any other people that wanna' stop by to chat.

 

But we're not the only reason to stop by. Not only will FunnySteve (the owner of Funnybooks) have lots of weird, entertaining things to do, but Big names like Joe Kubert, Evan Dorkin, Adam Warren, Tom Raney, and LOTS of other folks'll be there also!

We'll be there. As well as the San Diego Comic Con. Not only will Mattel have exclusives that we need to be there for, but there's still an AWESOME unannounced exclusive that we're doing with NECA for both shows.

Guess what I just picked up night before last?......

 

It's the very first case of the very first wave of the MotU Micro-Busts (Skeletor, Stratos & Tri-Klops)!!

 

It's the ONLY case that NECA has gotten into their warehouse so far (the rest should be in by the end of the month), and they let us take them to be sold EXCLUSIVELY at FUNNYRAMA 2004: FANBOYS GONE WILD (http://www.funnyrama.com)!

 

Be there early if you want these babies, and bring yer' cash! At $10.00 each, and only four total sets in the case they're gonna' be gone quick!

 

We're gonna' limit these to one set per customer to ward off the scalpers. Good luck!

 

We're also bringing 3 Skeletor statues and 12 Mer-Man busts, just in case.
