I put a bid up on ebay for Battle Staff Batman, and I just had a question for those who already have it. How tall are the ears compafred to other animated batman figures? Combat Belt, Super Sonic, Land Strike? I'm just curious cuz I have a Comba belt Batman figure here and I'm thinkinking of doing a head swap...preferably with an animated batman fig that has taller ears. That's why I'm bidding for the Batle Staff Batman. can anyone give away any hints or pictures?

I've actually seen pictures of all of the figures and they all kind of differenciate in size. When I saw a picture of hover jet batman, the ears lokkid like a good size. and they were deffinatly longer than the previous incarnations. Also what makes this face unique is that instead of giving batman his normal poker face, he's showing his teeth.

BTW, I do not like the look of retro batman's face. the ears are not consistant with the rest of the animated series.

I put up a bid on Cookie Baking Batman....Do the cookies come with that authentic Aunt Gemima smell?

Battle staff Batman? Give me a break! Zipline? What the hell is a zipline? Why can't a figure JUST be called Batman and make that figure comic-accurate? Mego did it! They sold thousands of them! They didn't have to make Nuclear strike Batman.

I already told you, I wan't to do a head swap because Combat Belt Batman's ears are too short and are not consistant with the look of the animated series. I'd prefer them to be longer

I have both Battle Staff and Hover (something) Batman and they are the same exact figure repainted. And comapred to the Combat belt Batman their ears all look to be the same height. Also the back of the Battle Staff/Hover Batman's head has tech gear molded on it.(meaning it's not smooth like the Combat Belt's head) There is also a red costumed Crime Squad Batman (either Disaster Control or Bomb Control Bats) that has a different growling face face...but he to has molded tech on the back of his cowl. The only Hasbro animated Batman with longer ears is the Retro Batman from the Mask of the Phantasim line...He also has the non yellow oval Bat symbol and he has a pouched utility belt.

No problem with the extra palstic piece. I have a dremel here at home and can scrape that sh!t off ne problem. It's soft plastic right? It'll come off no problem.

this is definately off topic but it amazes me that in a forum people ask for help and others have to sit there and rag on them and give issues i'll never understand people sorry for the ranting guys....

Giving issues you'll never understand....If you don't understand that Batman doesn't use a hover battleboard and dress in lime green, then you are beyond help.

Last i checked toys were a way to let people have thier own suspension of disbelief and if the makers want a hover board for batman then let them do it..if you dont like dont buy it bottom line...i made fun of the Hydro-Batman from Mattels 1st wave but then they used it in t he Batman/Superman comic so you never know what they will use next...

Hiya Crazyclone!

Sorry I got to this thread a bit late. And sorry again I can't help you on this one cause my collection consists primarily of 'big' figures, i.e. 10 inches, 12 inches, 18 inches, and statues. I have action-figuires but I'm very selective on those.

Yeah......., I sometimes wish that a certain action-figure to have things that don't come with it, or have a different head sculpt...etc. So I can relate to how you feel. Think it will be nice if you find a way to make a certain fig that you like to look better by customing. Alot of collectors out there are doing just that. Good luck on your project, and I'm definitely like to see it once you have done it. Post it up, will ya?!!!!

:D:D:D:D:D

Thanks Shadowboy 2009 for the vote of confidence! Appreciate it much. :D

I'd try to post a pic, but My digicam is about 4 years old and is horrible with close-up stills. However, if you remain persistant, I shall do my best. BTW, until the figure arrives, I've made a temporary swap. One of the newer TNBA heads is being used as a substitute. I dremeled the sides of his face so he maintains the "square jaw" look. Instead of what's being called the "fat head" or "big cheeked" look. I also put blue highlights on my batman to maintain the look of the original animated series. I know they're natural highlights, so I just refered to his static poses to use as a model; Since that's what the batman figures are....static.
