I'm trying out Jin Saotome's method of Wolverine claws, and I was just wondering if you could apply super glue on top of the Devcon Plastic Welder, cus I really want my claws to be well fortified. But I dont want to mix the two and have it blow up in my face. So, is it safe to use super glue on top of the stuff?

After the Plastic weld is CURED, go for it. I glue Wolvie's little silver claw nubs ontop of the plasticweld after I've done sanding it down. Don't mix it in with the weld while it's still sticky, or you'll probably make some toxic cryocynate-gas or something!

Also, you can lick your fingers (or dip them in water) and shape the plasticwelder after it starts to thicken up a bit. It's veeeeery sticky otherwise, so wait a few minutes before you start to shape at it. Afterwards you can sand/drill/file it.

Personally I can't rip Wolvie's claws out of the weld after they're cured, but go ahead and fortify them with SG if you want. If you want a stronger bond, scuff the ends of Wolvie's claws that you glue in, giving the glue a rougher surface to adhere to.
