Will You Buy Yellow Tracks

Exactly. Yellow is a great colour for a vette. It will be my only yellow tf as well since I never bought a hot shot!

There are alot of "Self Appointed Transformers Manufacturing Gurus" on this forum. Everyone seems to think they know the answers to everything... Tracks being Yellow seems to be the biggest debate as of late.

To get Hasbro to give the REAL OFFICIAL reasons why choices are made... instead of all this crap spit out by people who don't know jack.

He'll be staying Yellow... I don't believe in customizations.

And if and when Hasbro replies to my email I'll give you all the TRUE reason why he's Yellow and not Blue... and you'll all have to find a new topic to complain about.

 

I had a thought, since we're are doing all this complaining about tracks why not put it to good use. Hasbro has listened to us in the past, hence 20OP's grey gun was changed to black, Energon Prime's mouthplate was changed, and all this because we complained. Tracks and Deadend both are not due out until the summer, that gives hasbro plenty of time to make changes, we just have to voice them to them, let them know how we feel like we have in the past. I'm going to work on sending our posting complaints to hasbro, and go to other message boards and copy and post their complaints to hasbro and maybe just maybe we'll all get what we feel we deserve.

Doesn't matter what the reasons are; they made him yellow, and that's all people need to know.

No doubt Ill get him. It just isnt a really big issue when you consider TFs get colors different than their original appearance all the time. Its just a fact of life with TFs

 

I didnt much care for TFU Optimus Primals colors, and Energon Starscream's colors are not the ones I would have chosen.

 

But I got both of them and Ive found them to be two rather fun toys to fiddle with. VERY poseable, cool gear, and GREAT action features. The colors could have been better, no doubt, but that didnt stop me from seeing the OTHER merits the toys posses.

 

Smokescreenand Sideswipe got closer to their G1 counterparts colors, but that didnt make them perfect. I still wish Sideswipe could be more poseable at the hips. But like I always say, sometimes things just dont work out perfectly

 

So maybe we should just relax. Whats done is done. Just hope things work out better next time and try to enjoy things. Thats about all we can do.

Every ones gonna buy him simply because he is a new mold. People say they wont buy when theres nothing to buy and Tracks is there, he's good as bought.

I'll be gettin BT Tracks , even if he's yellow too because I still think he looks cool.

 

I think the reason Hasbro chose yellow is a simple one , none of the other Alt's have been the same colour so far , and having two blue cars would make the stock on the shelf look all the same and not as inviting from a distance. Sounds lame but thats how these marketing gurus think.

Ill get the takara version no matter what , If they did make him blue i hope its a dark metalic blue and if he has flame i hope they are a modern design , kinda like the flames paint design on orange county choppers bikes.

He is yellow, but still a corvette.

 

Sideswipe is now a Viper but is still red.

 

Smokescreen is an imprezza but has still his wings, face and is blue.

 

Hound is very true to his g1 character.

 

Silverstreak is a repaint of Smokescreen which is very G1 accurate.

 

Yes, ill buy his alternator incarnation.

When its all said and done there will be 3 painted versions of tracks. An ugly yellow one, A decepticon version, and a (hopefully) blue one. Ill buy the blue one and maybe the decepticon version but not the yellow one. Besides I bet there will be a lot people selling there ugly yellow tracks on ebay, when the other versions come out. Id rather have TWO hounds than yellow tracks. But hey if you cant wait for the better repaint or your just crazy about yellow by all means buy one if it makes you happy.

I think this will be my first attempt at a custom - he needs to be blue, period. I've been tinkering w/ the idea for a while, but this paint job cheeses me off so bad that I'll probably try it.
