The green is a little off from the flash and ligthening that I did to the picture. Its more a grass green, just a shade or two darker.

Forgot to answer the canopy question, definately not one from a ehobby version way to expensive to do a custom figure using one of those even if there was a green canopy version (their all smoked to my knowledge), the canopy was a regular G1 smoked canopy coated with clear green paint, came out nicely.

So those clear colored paints actually work? I went to the hobby shop over the weekent to check out the Tamia paints that you recommend and saw the clear colors. I was wondering if they actually worked or not, now I know.

They work quite well, I haven't had much luck though with the clear blue for some reason. It just doesn't paint as well as the other four colors that I have (red, green, yellow, and orange) Laserfang's blades are done with the clear red.

Do you always use the clear colors with a smoke colored canopy? If so, the blue may work better with a clear canopy.

I use what I have. I haven't seen many clear canopies. Mostly their the smoked or the yellow of Skywarp/Thundercracker. The clear blue just streaks to much when brushed the others don't.
