Why can´t Mattel learn from THAT!!!!???

Y2Bogus: Ya, the paint job is not the most wonderful in the world, and the articulation looks odd because of the scale.

P.S. Mattel, please look, learn and apply this to your Batman line!!

an I hope I can get these. I was able to get some of the other Microforce figure for around $7.00 and I really like them. For those who don't know these figures are in scale with GIJoe. Can't wait to have batman and Snake Eyes fighting side by side.

did u notice that batman has interchangeable hands?? Nice touch, interchangeable parts is the future in action figs.

Most Microman figures come with AT LEAST two sets of hands, if not more.

Oddest thing...someone mentioned this figure being the best figure eer made in passing. I never really questioned whether or not Microman figures were the best figures ever but upon reading that statement....and looking at these pics....

I cant seem to think of anything better EVER. Honestly.

Big Name Character? BATMAN !?

Detailed? Yep

Articulation ? *faints*

Accessories that are FITTING and Appropriate? Yep

Paint Scheme? ..the original isnt perfect but YEP

This IS the greatest action figure ever made. There could be an argument made for one of the Marvel Legends figures but A) those figs are 5-6 inches tall. The smaller figure is more impressive and B) The Characters that Marvel / Toy Biz has put out , to my knowledge, dont rival Batman as a comic/cultural Icon.

Maybe Wolverine due to this generations X love but Batmans love goes back SEVERAl generations. Until they make a Superman / Michael Jordan ( i already have several NBA custom figures using these bodies. PERFECTION) /Jesus figure using these bodies...This is the best action figure ever made on multiple levels and for multiple reasons. By far the best comic figure ever made.

Yeah I can't wait to get my hands on the Microman Bats.....if only we could get a Justice League themed line or something along that same thread.

oh lord, dare we dream  that would be the coolest thing....EVER! i would probably enjoy them more than i do my dc direct justice league. articulation like this is a god's gift to the guy who makes dios and the over grown kid (like myself) that actualy still plays with his toys @lol@ of course the joints and screws take away from the mold but i don't collect statues, i collect action figures. @wink@

BTW, i'm still looking for these:

Can't wait to get him. Does anyone know yet where he will be sold?

If your local comic store orders from Diamond Select, you can order from their PREVIEWS catalog. Diamond has an exclusive distribution deal with Takara over the Microman toys. That's how I got my first wave and the Gatchaman figure.

The second wave of figures, including 4 heroes and four Acroyer villains were up for pre-order last month. Since the Tatsunoko Fight line where Gatchaman is from isnt part of the mainstream MM line, it's entirely possible Batman may show up in a future PREVIEWS catalog as well.

Smalljoes.com still has the first wave plus Gatchaman in stock. Corey (The owner) told me he will also carry Wave 2 and if at all possible Batman as well. Good prices too.

Articulation is where the true superiority lies in an action figure. Being able to put the figure in a desired pose is light years better than a figure sculpted to be in that pose and that one pose alone. How boring. Otherwise theres no point in calling it an ACTION FIGURE. Domestic lines could only benefit from emulating Microman.

When I want a statue, Ill call Palisades or the Hard Hero people.

I gotta go with articulation. I think McFarlane figures are just statues and there's no play factor on them at all.

With the mattel figures, there was some but not enough to make Batman justice. I think these figures should be cool. Articulation is key.

Totally agree. The BOP Jason microman figure that I have blows away anything that I've seen here stateside in years - including Marvel Legends. The sculpt on Legends tends to lose something due to the articulation that they try to cram into every figure in my opinion. The one exception would be Spiderman - one of the super articulated ones. Those actually look ok and the extra articulation makes sense, since Spidey is supposed to be flexible.

Actually, that's Mark, not Jason. A Jason one would be super keen though. I used to play him bac in second grade every recess with the other kids. All they really need to make different is his head (Or at least the visor) and his pistol with holster and perhaps some of his feather shaped darts.

The only problem is that the Mark figure was based on the Tatsunoko Fight videogame and I dont think jason was in it. But since a MM style figure of Casshan/Casshern from the new live-action production, getting the rights for Jason, another Tatsunoko property shouldnt be all that tough.

How cool would a whole G-Force line in the Microman style be? Please Takara!

On a side note that Cassharn looks VERY nice. i have the current one but the new one looks ten times better. I don't even have a clue as to who he is. Anyone?
