Would You Start Over

I have been looking at my collection lately and thinking about some of the times I had getting them, from paying super duper bucks on ebay to driving around for hours on end looking at stores and coming up empty handed until finally finding it one day. I dont really think if they were lost due to fire, theft or whatever I would start over again, it would just be too much. what about you guys? also, I have included a pic of stuff that I havent even found a place to display yet. I have done something I said I would never do, which pust toys in my bedroom. The gf doesnt really mind but it still troubles me. She is understanding about it, but damn...if we ever broke up I dunno how I would explain THIS stuff.

i think about the GF issue all the time...and like when i am walking out of the store and have transformers in hand, i try to hide them if i see a hot girl. Or when there is a hot girl behind you in line at the cash register, i always ask for a gift receipt. hehehehe

I dont think i would start up my collection again if i lost them all, and sometimes i think it might be better to sell them... I could probably get a nice down payment on a new car like a 350z with all the money i spent.

O ya, my bed room looks worse than yours, hehehe

No doubt I would start again, even at a slower pace. Even if I lost every last one. I would probably stay focused on G1 and specialty tf's like mp and bt.

Who am I kidding, I would start buying every tf I like, as usual. lol

I would still collect but I would not try to buy the ones I lost.

That would cost me an arm and a leg and I would have to donate some organs to boot.

I would just collect from the current lines (Binaltech, etc)

or start a vintage motu collection instead. Its cheaper anyway

did that affect his collecting? (but it was only 300 dollars, which isn't very much)

no it wasn't much.

but it was a MISB Hall of Justice, the ghostbusters playset and 2 more playsets. He still hasn't found some of these. And not in the condition he got them for.

its a pain in the a$$ that's for sure.

Well I actually did start over. Twenty years ago I had Hound,Sunstreaker,Starscream,Megatron, Soundwave, and Jetfire. These bots were transformed into pieces and now they are no nothing more than collective memories. All that remaines of my orinal collection is a broken Ratchet's trailer. Today I got at least a Hundred or so. So yes I started over and I would start over again. #US1#

Man, it sure would be hard to put all the effort and energy back into collecting. I've spent a lot of time during it. There would be some pieces that I would certainly replace, but I don't know how into it I'd be. It would probably be a very slow thing to get back into and after some time, I might.

If I lost all my toys, I'd start over for sure. I lost the toys once, why the heck do ya think im buying them all over again in the first place :P
