The way things seem to have unfolded:

 

Stan Sakai and Playmates/Laird only settled contracts a few months ago. Usagi is being *rushed* into the line for the fourth quarter of this year. So likely, prototypes haven't progressed ast basic sculpting yet, because Stan has to approve the enitre process before they can proceed from step to step. So it might not be until San Diego that we actually see Usagi.

Straight Edge pretty much nailed it. Also there is gonna be an addition of a Baxter figure. Playmates told me as soon as pics of these two are available they will send them to me to show you guys.

Playmates amazes me with it's dealings towards this line. Pretty much EVERY character has been made so far. EXACTLY like they appear on the show. Turtle versions make SENSE every time they're released. Hell, even the real world play items are sculpted well, and look fun.

I really like this line. I would love to collect the series but I just dont have the money or the room anynmore. I wish i could do, I guess i will just have to enjoy my original figures.

Hey JayC, can you find out why they decided to do inaccurate Space Hoppin' turtles. The ones that we've seen before, were the Triceraton Space Suit ones. But these ones aren't even tune accurate.

 

Is it safe to assume we won't be getting the toon accurate Triceraton suit 'Space Hoppin' turtles now. Instead getting these non-accurate abominations. That's a real shame, after we were promised more toon accurate figures.

On the last piccie, ignore the fact it says Raph. That's Mikey's suit. You can tell by the tail and the orange coloring on the breastplate.

Usagi Yojimbo the samurai rabbit. He's been published since around the time TMNTs came out. The creator is friends with the TMNT's creator. So he appeared on the original TV show, and got two figures(Plus another character Panda Khan.) in the line. I haven't seen him on the new show, but I missed a lot. I assume he'll be on it, and a toy would come from that.

ive seen the sub and the copter at walmart, im not too fond of them myself, but if i ever have extra cash i will definetly buy them and the turtle tracker.

Usagi was in two episodes of the original toon. His first appearance where he cam into our dimension by accident. The second I believe was on purpose to visit the Turtles. My memory is fuzzy, I'm sure a fan can recall it better.

I'm was looking forward to pictures of Usagi, oh well I can wait, I'm use to it with Mattel on MOTU heh! Good news about Baxter! I hope he comes with removable arms and a head and that little spider bot heh!

 

I just wish they would bring back slash and some of the other more cool mutants!
