Some Marvel Run Thoughts...

As I mentioned in a post awhile back, my goal was to go back and get as many Marvel issues as possible.

 

I have gotten around 60 or so to this point, and there are a lot of things I never realized...

 

Ripcord is part of Serpentor's DNA

Fred was CC for a LONG time, to the point where he should really be considered CC II.

Nope. Ripcord was subjected to the Brainwave Scanner, so its possible some of his memories were transferred to Serpentor, but in order to be part of the DNA stew, you had to be dead, and in a vat.

 

Yes, Fred VII took over for about 33 issues, and many people do refer to him as CCII in jest, but to avoid confusion, we all just refer to him as Fred VII, or the imposter Fred. Others like to call him Jack@ss Smurf. but tha’s just me.

 

Yes, Stormy was “dead” for a total of two issues. He was shot at the end of #47, through #48, and 49, and returns in #50.
