So What's With The Armada "nemesis Prime" Figure?

I don't remember ever seeing this figure before, and the ones I found on the Wal mart shelves all had this little green sticker that says "New!" on them. It's a repaint of the Carded Armada Prime (the one with the kickass articulation). When did this come out, or did I just find an old figure?

I bought Nemesis Prime first and then bought me regular Prime lol.

Yup, he was one of the last ones... but fortunately, he wasn't just a repaint for the sake of selling another toy - he was in one episode of Armada and really kicked @$$. I wish they would've kept him around longer, 'cause man oh man did he shred during his 20 minutes of fame!
