Did hasbro pull him from the cases because of the mistake on the boxes ( i.e. Street speed minicons insted of the Speace team). Cosidering he is going around $50 on ebay being called the mistake box. If this is the case does anyone know when the correct one will be released?

$50 seems a little unreasonable for this figure, error or not. I like the new paint as much as the next guy but I am only looking for $45 CAD for mine. Have not heard of any pulls from my end but we are just a small toy store and don't get all the info.

Magnus shipped only in Wave 1. Wave 1 and 1.5 shipped about the same time.

 

Wave 1= x1 Ultra Magnus, x2 Tidal Wave

 

Wave 1.5= x1 Tidal Wave, x2 Scorponok

 

Wave 2= x2 Scorponok, x1 Landmine <----- Subject to change

I gotta say tho, its not their fault that the auctions go so high. Most Magnus auctions start at $20-25 and end up so high because of ppl's bids.Its the BIN auctions at $70 that are unreasonable....

depends what you put it for lol start it at $20 and it goes to say $60 good for you if you start it at $60 thats when you becomes a scalper. of course im going by american i dont know how much $45 canadian would tranlate to in the american dollar

The Magnus error will never be fixed.

Wave one was shipped in very limited numbers. Targets in MN have buttloads of him though... I think a few areas got the majority of the shipments. My SuperTarget had six of them at one point.

As far as I know, Wal-Mart never got any Ultra wave one, and TRU got very little in proportion to wave 1.5. Target is your best bet. Oh, and once you see Scorpy, forget that store. No chance that store will have Magnus, barring a return. Zero, nada, zilch.

can he even hold the blaster? the way his hands are i cant get him to hold the blaster, the saber and shield he can hold, saber not very nicely though, cant hold it at an angle due to the design of his hands

yes he does come with a repainted requim blaster and no he cant hold it unfortnately which kinda sucks.
