Finally Saw Vvv

Oddly enough, I walked into a Wal-Mart yesterday that still had 6 or 7 Spytroops, today all were gone. (I'm assuming they sent them back?)

 

In their place, even from the center aisle I saw the VvV packaging and got all excited...

I see all it is is the crummy re-paint urban crap! @grumpy@

I haven't seen the desert/urban stuff yet. What's wrong with them (other than Gung-Ho)?

yeah i would be kinda pissed too. No doubt that wave 9 is far better than 9.5 or whatever.

I simply am not interested in another Duke, Roadblock, or Gung Ho right now...and I already have those troop types troop built in other schemes so I have no use for those either. There's nothing really wrong with them, pesatyel.

That does suck! Wave 9 is all over the place near me. The wave i'm looking for is the repaints now. I got lucky and found one Duke/IG pack today. I was shocked to see that set and not the other two. Oh well I just want the Roadblock now. But I was shocked how cool the desert themed Duke is. I knew i'd love the IG and damn he's smooking! Probably my fav Cobra figure now. If we can only get a Firefly in similar camo i'll be in heaven.

Wave 9 hit MT. I was able to get SE vs. SS and 2 Alley Viper/Viper 2pack's @bounce@ I have to say I wasn't as disappointed with this wave as I thought I would be. I like SE in grey but I wish he was black so I could mix and match him with the wave3 one. I like the forearm's, shin's, waist and Head from the wave3 SE and the rest from the wave9.

Why dude? I know some of them suck but the IG, Duke and Roadblock are very cool repaints. And if the Claws and Neo were not half assed and looked like the IG i'd love those too.

I am usually like NC and like anything that Hasbro puts in a little plastic bubble but even I can't stand these, I didn't even consider buying them for a second.

well these urban repaints arent new molds, just new repaints, i alreayd have these figures so i dont need them....and they are that great, my friend got the duke pack and that duke head doesnt go with that body, i hate these, ugly so ugly

I am so sick of all of these freaking repaints. I know that some of the repaints look better than the original figures (Wave 8 Duke for example) but enough is enough. I want new sculpts not repaints.

I too find it hard to believe that any army builder will be a peg warmer! Plenty of them have had crappy paint jobs and that hasn't stopped them from selling around here.

I had that problem last night.First V vs. V I saw in my town and it was a butt- load of repaints.I almost got the IG but passed.I really wanted the new sculpts.DAMN REPAINTS!
