Whoa holy #$##! I'm just sorta getting into these lil bugers & clasic styled xman just made it so! The only thing I don't like is there price point! I don't like paying 8 bucks for a toy that I can completly cover with a couple of toonies or loonies @loll@

Wait...

Kubix... Minimates?... AHH! Now I'm confused! Are these the same things or what?!? helllpmeee!

I got Gambit and Prof X over the weekend. They're rather cool. Prof X's wheelchair is rather nice and lite. It stands well too.

Gambit is excellent. It seems as if his hair is attached to his head, instead of a "wig". He comes with his rod and a small fan of playing cards. A very cool accessory.

I'd like to get Venom next.

Minimates are superior, but, the range of kubricks are massive.

Have you seen the Batman ones, the Matrix reloaded ones, or my personal faves: Alien!

Its not actually that limited, the arms and legs are balljointed.

And Kubricks are amazing, I got gambit [by chance, I didnt cheat] and Ripley from Alien series 1[ ditto] and Azrael and Mr freeze [batman series 1]. Minimates look so lame in comparison. Kubricks might not have as much articulation as minimates but the standards [none of kubricks arms are the wrong way round @hmmm@ ] and sculpts on armor and such, are way better.

Thanks, oscam5. I'm glad to see I'm not the only one around here who likes Kubricks and Minimates. They both have different charms and to write one off without knowing more isn't right.

Also, correct me if I'm wrong, aren't Kubricks responsible for this whole small brick figure craze? There was Lego, but they weren't really collectable as figures alone.

I also randomly nabbed Robin and Batgirl yesterday from Batman series 1. Still need a Batman though. @smilepunch@

Yep, grand theft autobot, kubricks are responsible for the whole minifigure thing. And if you want Batman go to www.ningyoushi.com

Great website, get all my Kubricks from there. $5 for a batman kubrick.

I'm from the u.k. and they got my figs to me in 6 days. Thats service.
