Hey guys

 

I know most of you really care about the product line, that’s why most all adult collectors including myself take new designs so seriously. The collectors want the product line to stay true to its original heritage.

 

Most big corporations take there customer feedback and use this information to make positive changes to the line to keep its customer base wanting more, which equals profits.

A good example of this is Harley – Davidson. Need I say more!

 

Now to my point, if you want to have a positive feedback from your opinions on the product line then start polls on each new figure. List a few items in the poll, like Sculpt, articulation, color scheme, accessories, general overall, etc. in a scale from 1-10 then grade each category. Now the marketing group of Hasbro has the numbers to use. In marketing its all about the numbers, that’s how a successful product line is created by using customer feedback.

 

Marketing people surf these sites all the time for customer feed back, now lets give them good detailed info they can use.

I think the idea is a valid one. It's VERY hard to get specific feedback from kids on toys, so some specific numbers from the adult collectors might help.
