Just the last remnants I hope. But it is the easiest of the gimmicks to add to the RAH vehicles. So it might be here to stay [for RAH vehicles].

Sound Attack is over as far as JvC vehicles are concerned. Shame that's not true for RAH repainted/reissued vehicles. :x

Don't know if it's just me being retarted, but where's the sound attack thingy? (Don't own any sound attack vehicles...)

Besides that, what's wrong with it? I think it looks fine. I need a good solid vehicle like the AWE striker really badly, and I personally don't see any glaring faults with this one. Dial Tone looks pretty cool too. How much is this going for again...?

$14.99, not bad, imo. Cool vehicle. And a cool figure too, not easy to come by as of late. Look at Slipstream and Frostbite from the TRU Conquest X-30 and the Snowcat. CA-RAP! Wish they'd stop using that Snowjob mold already. He's a cool figure and the '97 v2 wasn't bad, I think they used it a few times since then, enough already! I'd also like to see more drivers come with accessories! :D

It's actually done quite well it seems. It looks like it's wrapped around the engine (pic #4 is the RAHC 2001 reissue). Either that, or they added the top part of the engine onto the SA box (this seems like the more likely case).

The gun they put in place of the former grenade launcher still sucks, though. Kinda almost makes you want them to not do small vehicle reissues.

This is pretty much the same color scheme that was on the BJ's Exclusive 8-pack. I missed out on that set, so I wouldn't mind if these colors stayed on him. He has much more color than your average vehicle driver, so I don't know. :-?

For comparision, the RAHC 2001 version:

Any release date info, guys?

At the Con, they said October 2003.

Actually, I think it's $12.99.

I thought Frostbite was alright. For a driver, it was better than the norm. Pathfinder came with monotone-like colors; too damn plain. Slipstream didn't have sleek enough colors for pilot.

I'd also like to see more drivers come with accessories! :D

If he comes with that SA rifle... I guess that's something. I don't like SA weapons, but it's a [minute] step above drivers not getting any weapons at all like in the past.

As far as them coming with actual accessories [like the regular figures], probably not. Though, they should. Since these are repaints (both vehicles and driver figure), they should come with accessories and a decent paint job.

Meh. Not that bad. I'll probably get the RAHC one first. I'll buy this one latewr (hell, I won't have to worry about this one, all Joe exclusives are rotting on the shelf @TRU).

I like it, but hoiw many Dial-Tone's are they gonna put out?

Well, he's called Crank (obviously not part of the D.E.F.), but in all actuallity yeah, he's Dialtone, again. Wish we could get some new drivers.
