The Future For Kane!

Outsiders

Recommended Posts

Since unmasking, Kane has become the focus of RAW. Many wonder, however, where WWE is planning on going with his character; and to be honest, WWE is not even totally sure about Kane's future. However, there are some rumored scenarios being brought up backstage.

- The most obvious and most likely is that Kane remains a heel for quite some time, and builds the heat that his "masked" character once had. Having him act psychotic and forceful, as he does on TV now, would be enough to keep him heel.

- With the heel turn, there's talk that it could actually be a long-term plan for him to go babyface way down the road. If that's the case, one scenario could involve a heel on-air character "feeding Kane's delusion" and actually telling Kane that he looks hideous and is covered with burns. This would obviously build Kane sympathy so that if he were to turn on the character, he would get a face reaction.

- Other more bizarre and interesting ideas such as having Kane tear apart a mental institution, or something related, have been discussed but are far more of a longshot than the basic concept of keeping Kane heel; or even the heel transition to a face run way down the road. Nothing is really confirmed right now.
