Wow. I was 467 of the 487 on the list.

 

I'm thinking this is gonna create a rift between the people who go to the con and get cut out by the raffle and those who didn't go, but have one for sure.

 

oh you can bet your ass.. you see, I have no right to b*tch about not getting one, because I didn't do anything to earn one.. But if somebody actually goes to the convention and still can't get one.. then they have EVERY right to b*tch and complain all over the people who sat around and complained until they got one.

 

In fact, if all of those people broke into the houses of everybody on the "list" and took your Keldors.. I would say, good for them :lol:

Hey ADC gives out crazy stuff too! No one has to give out anything, it's their choice. Hell, I won a Faker from ADC and I was sooooooo happy since the one I got from ToyFare came in a jacked box, the one from ADC was PERFECTION! Thanks again, JayC!!!

 

ADC and He-Man.org both rock. I live on both of them. No bitching from me.

 

One question Marzo, when you won your Faker were you a Moderator at the time? If you were not then congratulations, however if you were a moderator at the time that you won the contest don't you think that it is in a way unfair? I understand that the moderators do not get paid for what they do but it is a commitment that you agreed upon to be a part of the ADC moderator staff. A part of this commitment is to post on the forums and if you won the faker raffle because of your commitment then I think it is in a way unjust. EXAMPLE, that is like Mattel holding a contest and having a vice president or an employee win the event. This will never happen due to every give away contest always having the rules of "no employee or relative can enter". Again if you won before you were a moderator then hey, I'm happy for you.

I won the MOTU Commemorative Beast Packs from ADC a long while back and they're the best ones I've won so far! -

 

Then in He-man.Org, I won those MOTU key chains from the thread that UltimateKeyChains started and I wasn't even expecting that one at all! -

well, i somehow got one. by god i got a keldor. i sent 60 bucks with my buddy in san diego. he was unable to win one and went all 4 days of the comic con. and today he was able to find someone selling one for not 100 dollars, not for 75 dollars, not even 50 dollars.....he sold it for a mere 40 dollars. =)

 

yes i am happy. what a great motu weekend for me. i scored both buzz and man-e-faces variants at walmart at 3 am, i score a keldor and now i might even be working out a deal with ecm for a moss man.

I think the title of this thread should be changed, 'cause it's TOTALLY false.

This seems to be the common misconception that a lot of people have. The extent of most of the posting in that thread was "Me too!" and "I'd like one, please."

 

Maybe there was a lot of b!%@#ing in the community as a whole, but in that particular thread which got those 500 people a Keldor, there wasn't any "b!%@#ing".

 

I agree though that it's totally not cool to rub your Keldor in other fans' faces.
