when does the con start? are pics going to be posted as soon, or should we expect them at the end of the con?

The Con is on Sat. the 19 this weekend and we will be probably be getting the pics by the second day. :D

oh man.. I thought the con started Wed... I need to see Colossus....

 

it will either be one of the greatest moments in Toy collecting for me, or the worst..

 

 

I didn't even start collecting ML figures until I heard that Colossus was rumored to be in wave 5.. then I went out and got them all!

it really starts on thursday the 17th, and lasts until sunday the 20th. but, there is, wednesday...

 

Preview Night...

Pre-register and get to

explore Comic-Con early!

Find that special item before everyone else

 

You can be among the first people to see the massive, expanded Exhibit Hall and get an additional three hours of shopping time and special bargains. But you need to act now—Comic-Con's exclusive Preview Night is open only to pre-registered four-day attendees and professionals. This year's Preview Night is on Wednesday, July 16 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. This is a rare opportunity to get into the massive Exhibit Hall a day early and scope out the incredible displays and booths before the weekend crowd arrives.  

 

Keep in mind that no onsite registration will be available for Preview Night; the registration area will be open only for badge pick-up for pre-registered full four-day members and pre-registered professionals. Register before June 18 using the Multi-Purpose Form to take full advantage of Preview Night!

 

all the years i've been going to comic-con (i've been going since '91), i never bothered attending preview night. i am a pre-registered four-day member, and i think i will definitely check out preview night this time around.

 

jayc, who do you have covering comic-con? or will you be out here yourself? if no one else will be available to get pics on preview night, i can take the liberty of snapping some to show here... that is, if i could pick my jaw up off the floor long enough and stop staring at all the new toy goodness to snap a few pics. so we shall see... :wink:
