Has anyone taken into consideration that from the pictures we see they could just be a prototype?

 

I mean we went through all this with the convention box set and the wave 7 diapers of people complaining and they never turned out that way...

 

So who knows what the final twins will look like... Might be better or might be worse but not everything stays the same...

Frankensteing can be a very awsome thing! By now, in the jvc line, we shouldn't be having repaints except as themed versions of the core characters.

 

A new charater shouldn't be just a repaint either.

 

Just look at some of the awsome customs here. We could use those customs to fill up the spots that new figs can't occupy and of course for unique vehicle drivers.

 

This will continue to become easier now that they have selected a new standard body style, (THANK GOODNESS!)

 

We could easily have that muskrat in the other topic, the mercer i made, tom's destro from awhile, any other number of the awsome customs of we have seen!

 

Hasbro just needs to be more creative!

I sometimes have wondered if i may be the first customizer in the history of ARAH?

 

Seriously...I still have it, and it was when the first Gung-Ho figure came out and I wanted MORE of that marine look, so I bought extras of him and Spirit, and ripped the hair off of Spirit, took one of the standard green helmets of the first Joes (the kind with the ear holes that the visors would fit into) and glued it on Spirits head and I painted some hair around the appropriate areas, and then put that on Gung-Hos body! -

 

We've got to be talkin' around 1984..85?

 

ehhhhhh..it's a possibility?
