look at some of this guys other auctions, would you bid on this stuff? these things arent even suitable for parts!!! they look like they were buried in the space crypt. (EXCLUSIVE movie accurate versions) before anyone here nit picks i know not all the cars in his auctions died in the movie.yet the bids are still high  I looked at some of the bid histories and see the same people bidding on these items, me thinks its price boosting  what do you guys think? would any of you pay these prices for TFs in this condition?

I wouldn't be willing to pay even $20 for Transformers in that condition. I'm a perfectionist when it comes to quality, and I often find that little problems bug me a lot. These problems would probably drive me insane, and I'd be force to sell the figures within a week after buying them. Besides, with all of the Takara reissues coming out now, you can get most of these guys (and eventually all of them) MISB for around $30-$35 off of eBay.

gosh..they look in serious bad condition...but will be perfect for someone who likes to restore them...

with a lil paint and some new stickers from reprolabels, they'll be in top notch shape in no time...but i wouldnt place my money on them not one bit..i'd rather get the reissues to gurantee myself new mint figures @-@

Allow me to jump in on the other side of the boat a second -

I would bid on these things in an instant for the right price. Why? Well - part of my enjoy of collecting is being able to "piece" the best parts of multiple Transformers together.

For example - my mirage was "built" off two mirages (one with a broken waist and great spoilers and one with an intact waist and no spoilers) plus a vintage Mirage sticker sheet. (a fun thing to get!)

You may have an *incredible* sideswipe....except...there is some chrome wear on his foot. If you find a sideswipe that has a perfect foot, switch it out! Bingo! Officially the "perfect" sideswipe now. :)

Still - some of those prices are pretty high. If you look em over and start finding commonly broken parts that you can use though - it adds up pretty fast to what you would pay individually.

Lastly - the lighting in the photographs is horrible. Pictures never tell the tale. You just have to see them for yourself.

(hehehe...and no...I am not the seller)
