How do you guy get the heads and arms off one figure and onto another. Especially MOTU, I dont see any screws???

Boil them... The joints loosen and are easy to take apart.

Ok, thats sounds odd. Forgive me, I just never tried that :) How long do I boil them for and do I need to boil the figure they are going on as well?

It's called the boil and pop method. Works best with Star Wars figures, but it also works well for MOTU. Just set the figure in boiling water for a few min, until he gets a little soft. The take him out of the water, and pull the head right off. You'll want to put the new head on while still hot. When the figure is hot, it becomes real rubbery, and easy to change the heads. After it cools, it hardens and goes back to the way it was.

would that method work for x2 figures, cuz i want to make auniformed nightcrawler :)
