I'd say that Orko is easily the worst of the Masters, followed by Ram Man. Orko is more trouble than he's worth, and Ram Man is just stupid to the point that it's obnoxious.

Ok, I'm just gonna keep it to one per category, even though I love most of the characters:

 

Best Good Guy: Sy-Klone. I dig the new Asian-esque influence, and I think his powers are pretty freakin cool too.

Best Bad Guy: Kobra Khan. Redefines badass coolness, and the Snake Men were always some of my favorites.

 

Worst Good Guy: Orko. I just can't stand his voice in the series.

Worst Bad Guy: Clawful. What the heck happened to the old school ambitious Clawful? Now he's just an idiot.
