Since this thread just got resurrected I thought I'd use it to point out Marvel's latest gimmick:

 

"All New" Marvel NOW!

 

Here's an idea! Slap the words "all new" in front of everything!

 

First of all, what exactly WAS Marvel Now but a continuation of their stories as usual with #1's (of course)? Now they're renumbering everything again! Titles that were literally renumbered last year are renumbered again! And this time it's "all new"! UGH!!!

 

DC blew it BIG TIME with New 52. This was Marvel's chance. But I can't get on board with just one or two titles without buying everything in the Avengers or X-Men camp. Just stop with the numbering gimmicks, cut out 3/4 of the X-Men and Avengers overload titles that you HAVE to buy to get a full story, and maybe I can read more Marvel again.
