Who Applies Their Stickers???

I was just wondering who here puts on their stickers? I don't.

 

1. B/c I don't want to mess it up.

 

2. I think my transformers look much cleaner without stickers.

 

3. Putting on Autobot and Decepticon insignials would negate the fact that they are suppose to be "Robots In Disguise".

 

What are your inputs?

I just suck at applying labels. Only if necessary...and those cases are rare.

 

For example, I probably won't touch all the neew reissues, but I wanna get some new stickers for my Soundwave and pretty him all up.

I always mess up the stickers. crooked, in the wrong places, crinkle them trying to put them on ..

I dont due to the fact that i can ruin them. But I applied the stickers to my God Ginrai because my mom asked me to do so. And if you take a look close to the Hot Rod - Rodimus Major sticker you will notice that if you apply the upper legs stickers and you transform him several times (Mine took at least 4- 5times) the sticker will get loose due to the legs transformation movement. But thats it. If I know I can ruin the stickers with the transformation process I rather dont to apply them.

You are right. I have an old Target Master Hotrod and thats what happened. The transformation process scraps the stickers. Oh and his leg stickers cover up the screw holes and eventually stickers start to sink into the screw holes.

 

My reissue Megatron #6 came with 2 sticker sheets and I still didn't apply any. Imagine Megatron as a gun and check out the gayish stickers they have. It would ruin the look of the gun plus transforming it would mess up the stickers.

:evil: :evil: I'm not sure......but I think the decal on Hot Rod thigh is optional....but to make the story short....I didn't apply that sticker on his thigh because of that problem all other part of his body get the stickers.

 

I usually, test the transformation before I applied the decal....if it causing a transformation conflict, then I leave that decal out. So far, only Hot Rod and Megatron get this special treatement. I leave out the Megatron inner arm decal out..

I mean, its nice to apply the stickers on them and then look at them, but that its the only think that push me back. I thought about buying another set from reprolabel to have a spare sticker sheet for Hot Rod but who knows.

Are those stickers from Reprolabels good enough for the transformers? Because I was planing on buying some I need but I want to hear how good are them.

The only stickers I have a problem with are Prime's insignia stickers on his...shoulders? Those darn bumps make it hard to stick! Any solutions?

I always apply the stickers, but I sometimes leave a few off, mostly troublesome sticker. example: I did not put the eye stickers on Starscream or any of my seekers. I will also leave off those super small stickers that are placed in impossible locations.

same here. ill try it and if i just cant get it right (like jazz's rear wheel stickers, omg i thought i was gonna have a nervous breakdown) ill carefully put it back on the sheet.

 

for the reissues, so far ive only applied #1 & 2 for takara, and hot rod for tru's. man i have some serious catching up to do. with the stickers not buying! just got prime & sideswipe takara's today.

Yes Reprolabels.com does do a good job and the labels are really good. Some of my TFs looked better than they have in a LONG time.

(@) I put the decals on mine. It's part of the fun. If you don't they kind of look naked.
