Spend Too Much Money On Transformers???

Don't know about you guys but sometimes I look at my collection and say to myself, "damn I've spend so much mulha on those guys". I spend 10s even 100s of $ on them each month. That could be money for other stuff like food. I am far from poor but I could be richer if I hadn't spent so much. I estimate that I've spent $1,500 since last summer when I started to collect. Thats like a new computer! What do you guys think???

I'm pretty frugal (sp?) when it comes to toys. I only get what really catches my eye or if I'm REALLY REALLY into the line or character.

I don't want to know how much I have spent on Transformers. I did convince myself that I do not need the entire Armada line. Not that it was very hard to do.

kinda??? minicons only range from $5-$8, delux are $10, and $20 for ultra-sized, $20-$40 for super-sizied(megs and op) seing how theres more delux figures than super/ultra-toys i think of myself as someone who is spending less than $20-30. :roll:

(@) I only get Transformers once in a great while. But Star Wars is another thing. I have more money wrapped up in that stuff than I whish to think off.

I can spend a least $200.00 a month on transformers, so I kow that I sometimes spent a bit too much.

Yeah I spend a lot of money on TFs, about 95% of my income goes to TFs. 8)

Just went grocery shopping yesterday and I spend $40 for 1 1/2 week of food. Man, sometimes I wished I was as a Transformer and didn't need to eat!!! Imagine how much I could save!!! And use the money to buy more Transformers :lol:

I go by the thinking "is this Transformers toy worth the X amount of hours/days of work and torture?" I decided to buy my Takara Starscream reissue on that... 4 days of work, and I think he's absolutely worth it. -

 

But I guess I do spend a bit too much on toys, and when I do, I just try to minimize on other expenses.
