Here are photos of Rich's gyroviper and HISS II.

......thanks Flint, for putting them up for me....for those that didn't read the post that started this............dealing with the reason for collecting, or what started it...etc....i found the top half of this fig. while hiking as well as a busted up hiss 2....on a whim i took them home, cleaned them up and carved some legs for the guy just for something to do...........and that started the whole thing..................[thanks again Flint]

I wonder how can that guy sit in the hiss(if U made him the driver) w/ wood legs. Also, U can always get some extra or order some repro hips and legs on the net for him.

thanks for the reply's guy's.....and yea, Super Megatron,,i know i can get replacements,,,but it's sort of a nostaligic sentimental thing......i've also tried my hand at carving whole figures.....i can post them if anyone wants to see 'em....they're not great but,,,it's a fun hobby.....

I'll bet at nite when our gijoe & cobra figures come alive (like in toystory)this gyro-viper has some very interesting tales to tell !

 

gyro - " and then sid placed the m-80 in the hiss with me and....BANG! but i'm still alive...knock on wood!"

btw- rich i would love to see your carved figures! i also know how ya feel about not replacing the parts on this gyro i've got a stalker i had since i was a kid that has a molded play-doh arm and i cant bring myself to replace it??? even though its all crusty and even been glued a couple times?
