Swell the ranks of your Cobra troops with this special edition Cobra Troop Builder set. The maniacal Over-Kill and the infamous Cobra Battle Android Troopers (B.A.T.S) are joined by new sinister teammates: the "Inferno" B.A.T.S. This set comes complete with three Black B.A.T.S (Battle Android Troopers), two Red "Inferno" B.A.T.S and a Robotic version of Over-Kill. Each fully detailed 3 3/4" figure features classic articulation, interchangeable hand and weapon attachments and display stands. Actual product may vary slightly from items shown.

ooh, they look better now than the first time I saw them..

But Overkill still SUCKS! why is he so ugly?

You can probably blame JvC for that, as Overkill is in a pretty similar color scheme, save for the green chestplate. It may have been meant to connect the two as the same entity. Notice the lower face is red like the JvC version's scarf and that the arm weapons are black? Even one of the robots eyes is green like the JvC's.

Personally Id like to toss the "Cyborg" profile and stick with the original RAH one. I like the idea of a one of a kind "Super-B.A.T." better than just a mentally ill cyborg. (I guess even Larry can skip a groove) Say the JvC Overkill is following the Spy Poops premise wearing a human disguise and the 6-pack version is what he looks like underneath. Joes wont kill in cold blood and if they knew he was an android they wouldnt hesitate to trash him. But if they thought he was a human they might hesitate before attacking and that could give him an advantage

Well, the Joes have slaughtered countless Cobras and other various bad guys, so being a human being won't stop them.

Pretty good, I'd say. The Store on 44, SmallJoes.com, 375Toys.com, Entertainment Earth, KBKids.com, Amazon.com and maybe a few other vendors will be selling these. There will plenty of sets to go around for a few months. If you are planning to wait until December or so, though, I'd suggest saving a few pennies now and getting at least one set.
