He's one of my favorites too. Good to see him in the new Joe comic. He didn't get nearly enough attention in the cartoon series.

Mutt was a great character in the old comic too. He didn't get a lot of storylines until the Dreaknoks almost sliced up Junkyard, but after that he was brainwashed along with Rock and Roll by Zarana. Then he was with Spirit when Mutt went to visit his uncle in Millville, a town that Cobra had taken over. Anyway, he is in the newest issue, along with Cover-Girl, right? That should be awesome, especially since Courtney hasn't had much to do in the comic yet.

Anyway, yeah, I like Mutt, too. Don't know about him in the comics, but I always liked him in the cartoon. Always kinda felt bad for him too, cause he was usually stuck with the more menial jobs but never complained about it.

 

Plus he looks like my dad... so he was one of my faves as a kid. (Same goes for Max Ray of the Centurions... )

Mutt was the only figure that having a pet actualy made sense. the others just seemed to obvious of a gimmick. if spirit didn't have freedom i would like him just the same but mutt without junkyard just doesn't seem right':)'
