that was the evil double agent Large Sarge! asian rebel soldier with a rap sheet as long as your arm! j/k i really dont know who that supposed to be if thats what your asking if its about the figure its a lanard Corps line figure called large sarge? or tony tanner? one of those but you can pick one up at just about any store with a toy dept!
