I posted this over at google new group and the big cheese answered it for us! so for all of us who wondered is double clutch...clutch? here it is! WOOHOO!!

How can I refuse?

When rumors of old Double Clutch,

Have you singin' the Blues

 

The legal search is tiresome,

The fight for a name gets old.

Sometimes it's 'Agent', or 'Double',

or 'Sgt's. in the fold.

 

Well cry in your beer no more,

YES!!! That is awesome news...hopefully he will just as great of update as Grunt was. Clutch is a wonderful character, and was actually developed quite well in the Marvel Comic (mostly in the first few years and around the early 90's with that whole brainwashing plot by Zarana where she brainwashed both Clutch and Rock and Roll with Dr. Venom's brainwave scanner.) Now I will have someone for Scarlett to be an umitigated um...witch to. Hopefully other old favorites like Rock and Roll, Steeler, Cover Girl, and Airborne, aren't that far away as well.

Cover Girl would be a cool toy to have... But I won't hold my breath :lol: I'm more curious about other figures, like Airtight, Low Light, Cobra Viper, a new Beachhead, Flint, Storm Shadow... Sadly, it looks like they're not in Hasbro's intended figures list

 

And to make matter worse... No blue Neo-Viper planned for the rest of the year... :cry:

Well, we have our options of Clutch with a prefix in his name, or no Clutch at all. Since I'm an adult and can understand what Hasbro's intentions are behind Double Clutch, he will simply be Clutch to me.
