Where to buy Chap Mei toys?

well, i can't speak for other areas, but there's one kb outlet store here that's always carried the full line of soldier force (chap mei) figures and vehicles, along with some of the chap mei police, firefighter, and rescue figures and vehicles. i know some can be found in regular kb stores, as well as toys r us (but, except soldier force stuff, which means the good stuff, like the deluxe battle tank). i believe they used to also be available at pic n save/big lots, but i haven't seen any there in a while, now they carry a line of even more generic 3 3/4" military figures and vehicles (that pretty much sucks ass).

i don't think any e-tailers or joe and 3 3/4" specialty stores have carried the chap mei stuff. i think the only place to find them online would be ebay. i'd be willing to help any of you looking for this stuff. and i know a few other members here have the available in their areas, i'm sure they'd be happy to help as well.

Check out any K-Marts and Sears Essentials you run across, too. They can usually be found there as well. Sears Essentials usually devotes 4-6 pegs worth of stuff.

TRU hides theirs back in the small kids/learning section (usually the big area behind the Lego aisle, towards the back corner).

The military stuff is usually in or near the cars aisle.

Could this be the oldest topic ever resurrected? I saw my name and was like, WTF, I don't remember that. Oh...it was from 5 years ago, lol. Well, thanks to everyone for the info. In the 5 years since, I have found a good bit of Chap Mei stuff. The only set I never found yet was the cargo helicopter that looked like the ones Cobra used to carry all their stuff around. Anybody?

Anyone interested in getting Chap Mei products online, please write to BBTS and request that they start carrying the line . . .

Don't think it will make any difference, the reason no one online carries Chap Mei is becuase they want such

a huge order for buying stuff from them.

Amazon.com had it recently... and marked down too. I think they are listed under a different name than Chap Mei tho. There was a thread about them at JBL... I'll see if I can find it.

Gordman's is also the place to check. After reading from the JC link, went to my local Gormans and they had a bunch of Chap Mei. Hoping to see more by the time the holidays come. And Gordmans has a coupon for 15% off 1 item, when you register on their site. The link to Gordmans is in one the OOP's post.

I made a run to several Targets yesterday looking for their exclusive Rattler & Conquest. Didn't find anything but the stickers indicating where they WERE on the shelf (typical). So I ventured over to a TRU to look for the greenshirt set and AGAIN...no luck, but GUESS WHAT I DID FIND??????

Relative to the topic here and mighty damn SWEET and about time they released here in the states for us....

I've been wanting this boat forever! It's not under the Soldier Force packaging though (like pictured here) but the SENTRY OUTPOST series like the other items they have for the Chap Mei figures and toys. They've got the Rocket Hauler also....

This thing is HUUUUUUGE! I felt like I was carrying a guitar case out of the store. Total for the two of them was like $74...but not bad for how AWESOME these two sets are.

Daaaaaamn!!!

Slap a couple of generic GIJOE strip stickers on that HCB and it'd fit right in.

I'd love to get my hands on those sets, but they never show up here--we get the tamer stuff instead.

Now just wait..........they probably will after I said that.

<well, as my consolation prize, I found and purchased the Lt. Falcon/Nemesis Enforcer 2-pack yesterday, and the BAT and Snow Serpent guys last weekend. Seems my new community is "welcoming" me in just the right ways. LOL>
