G.I. Joe DVD Problems... Anyone?

Buddy of mine picked up the DVD tonight and he has a CD/DVD player in his computer. He uses PowerDVD to view movies and stuff and has never had a problem until now...

 

The DVD player will start the DVD and will show the screen with the warning and then will show the screen with the Rhino Video and then the screen goes black and it locks up the DVD player...

 

He then installed WinDVD and tried it again and it does run but parts skip and jump and the sound at time is choppy...

 

I'm thinking it's a faulty DVD cause the rest of his DVD movies work fine except for this DVD so does anyone else run DVD's on their computer and had any trouble with the Joe DVD?

don't play em on the comp but i too would guess it's just a bad dvd.

If his has that problem, wouldnt they all be formated in that fashion? Personally I'm waiting for a couple of mnts to get mine. That way any problems will be fixed in the next generation of disks. I'm also waiting for the Sp. ED.

Not all the DVD's will be like that... Might have just been a bad batch cause it's happened to me before with the Mash DVD's...

 

Second season, the 3rd DVD would skip or not play in my DVD player but the 1st and 2nd DVD would...
