I think that thing is home made. Look at the stacks they are the hasbro reissue stacks and the sticker sheet has the trailer ones cut out and if it was the "Lucky Draw" one it would be gold instead of chrome. I would like it but not at that price and not unless it was sealed

I dont know how they would get the mold to make a homemade one but oh well.. hehe

 

plus they would have to know how to do that electoplating chroming... hmmm...

Not really you can take a G1 reissue prime and totaly take him apart and use the parts to make a mold out of that and use the chrome parts on him

maybe they just took the parts, shoved some clay on them to get the mold, then filled the mold full of clear cheap plastic? who knows..

no I wouldn't . For two reasons one it looks stupid and two I've got plenty of different verisons of g1 Prime.

If I knew that it was an authentic Hasbro/Takara product and it was a reasonable price I would get it. It would disply well next to a gold Jazz and crome Bluestreak. But as it stands now, NO. I have never heard of a clear Prime. Hasbro would not do it, it was like pulling teeth to get them to do reissues in the first place, and why would Takara use the short smoke stacks, they dont have any gooffy toy laws. Where is the trailer and why does it look like the trailer stickers were neatly cut from the sticker sheet?

 

No, I think that X-Brawn is right on, this is a well done, home made fake. I just feel sorry for the one that is spending $500.00 + on a toy that has no proof of authenticity.

They're pretty cool sometimes...it's like crystal, but not. The EW Gundam kits were relased as clear forms too. The 1/144's, that is. I have a "crystal" Serpent kit. The Wing Zero would have been cool.
