Wave 4 Cobra CLAWS question

I've recently been doing some army building with Neo-Vipers and Cobra Morays and have all my Cobra Troops set up on my computer desk. I've been thinking about adding some CLAWS troops to my army, but the one that I have really sticks out in the red suit while the rest off my army is all black and blue. I was wondering if anyone has a link to a pic of the Wave 4 CLAWS so that I can see what color he is. If he's blue, or a darker color, I'll probably wait and do my CLAWS army building then.

I'll dig up a pic, but for now Joe - think a dark (off navy) blue where the red is and gray where the gold + gloves/boots is.

Cool...that's good to hear. Looks like I'll wait for wave 4 before I start building my CLAWS army then. I'd really like to see a pic, so it'd be much appreciated if you could find one.

Already taken care of - That yellow in his eyes and shoulder really hurt him though.

Yeah, that yellow on him does kind of suck, but at least it will match well with the yellow cobra emblem on the Neo-Viper's chest.

One good thing about the new CLAWS (aside from the o-ring) is the improved color scheme... You'd stick out like a sore thumb if you go into battle wearing red and gold - And thats a no-no if you've got explosives with you heheh

The yellow on Wave 4 CLAWS looks sort of lime green to me. It matches up nicely with the blue. I like it!

 

I would like to see the CLAWS done in a black and gray with the o-ring. I bet you that that would look very nice. The facemask could be gold or silver. That would be cool if you ask me!

I agree. It would be great to see a black/gray CLAWS. When I first saw him, I was very disappointed that they didn't use the color scheme that they use in the artwork on the back of the box. He'd look awesome with a black and gray outfit, with red eyes IMO. However, the blue color scheme of the wave 4 version is cool also.

I know what you mean. The Red is cool, but Black and Gray would have been awesome! Red Eyes are a great idea. I always wonder why he looked different than the picture on the filecard. Maybe they intended to release him in Black and Gray, but opted for the Red? With the addition of the o-ring maybe we'll see another repaint besides Blue and Gray. Black and Gray all the way!

There is no doubt the new claws is gonna be cooler but it looks like he doesn't come with any anti tank stuff. Of course i am not a gun specialist or anything i know what this one has will be tough but it so no cannon like first claws.

Yeah, a black and gray CLAWS like on the filecard would be great! Heh, if they made all the figs look more like their files cards, they'd look better too!

I sure hope he comes with the big antitank type gun the wave 1 one did. Plus the scout looks like a good greenshirt, so plenty of armies to make for both joes and cobras!
